Refund Policy
Last updated: April 2026 · TradeScope by Sajdak Group Holdings WLL
This page restates the refund-related terms already set out in our Terms of Service (§3 Monthly subscriptions, §4 Annual subscriptions, §5 Free trial, and §7 Acceptable use). It does not change those terms — if anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms control.
Monthly subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Paddle.
- You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
- No refund for unused days in a paid month. This is consistent with the digital goods exception under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Annual subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed annually in advance via Paddle (at a 17% discount versus the equivalent monthly rate).
- Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next annual charge. After cancellation, access continues to the end of the paid annual period.
- No pro-rata refund once an annual billing period has begun. This is consistent with the digital goods exception under the ACL.
- Renewal notice: Paddle will send an automated email approximately 7 days before your annual renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before that date if you do not wish to renew.
- Price changes: we will give at least 30 days' written notice by email of any price change before it takes effect at renewal.
Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, the account is suspended until you subscribe — there is nothing to refund for the trial period itself. Your tenders and data are preserved and available again when you subscribe.
Acceptable use suspensions
If we suspend an account for violating the acceptable-use rules in the Terms of Service (for example, using the platform for fraudulent tenders or illegal purposes), we may do so without refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy or the Terms of Service limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Payments
All payments are processed by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record. For billing questions, contact us at the address below or manage your subscription in Settings → Billing.
